I really think Shakuhachi Soundscapes is the best of this kind of background CD I have heard. I have about three of these type of CDs for Native American flute and yours is the one I like the best. I have played shakuhachi, bansuri and Native American flute with Shakuhachi Soundscapes and this is what I have been looking for. The use of a synthesizer, I think makes the difference for me. My favorite track is number 6, Journey. I love the drums which creates a change of mood within the track. Hope you make more with varying rhythms. I have recommended Shakuhachi Soundscapes to other flute players.
